Compare every COMPOSTO Organic Waste Converter in one place — published capacity, connected load, dimensions and current factory-direct price status.
Measured-Load Finder
Enter the measured weight of source-segregated wet waste from a representative operating day. The tool matches it to the smallest published COMPOSTO capacity that covers that daily load.
Use weighed wet waste — not room count, flat count or headcount assumptions. Final sizing also checks peak days, power, access and curing space.

For a measured load of 100 Kg/day, the closest published COMPOSTO capacity is 100 Kg/day.

Sizing Method
A defensible OWC selection starts with what your site actually generates, then checks the operating conditions around that number.
Record the actual wet-waste weight on representative operating days. Keep dry waste, packaging, metal and glass out of the measurement.
Note recurring event, banquet, weekend or seasonal peaks instead of hiding them inside one average. This gives the sizing discussion real operating context.
Use the measured daily load to identify the nearest suitable COMPOSTO capacity, then review the peak pattern before the model is finalized.
Connected load, machine dimensions, service access, loading route and curing-bin space all need to work at the actual site.
Final machine configuration, freight, installation support and any civil or electrical requirements should be stated clearly before ordering.

Before You Compare Quotations
A useful quotation separates the machine price from site-dependent scope so two offers can be compared on the same basis.
Capacity, waste-contact material, drive, heating, controls and connected load for the exact model offered.
State whether installation support, commissioning and operator handover are included or separately quoted.
Destination freight should be shown separately where it varies by city, vehicle requirement or unloading arrangement.
Electrical feed, access, drainage, ventilation, platform or civil requirements should be identified before dispatch.
COMPOSTO carries a one-year standard warranty; the written quotation should define coverage and after-sales process.
Post-warranty preventive or other AMC scope can be discussed according to the machine, site and service requirement.
Published prices on this page exclude GST. Final commercial scope is governed by the written DSC Engineering quotation for the selected model and site.
Two machines with the same Kg/day label can have materially different construction and project scope. Check the same technical lines on every quotation.
| Compare | What to verify |
|---|---|
| Waste-contact vessel | Material grade and thickness |
| Shredding system | Integrated assembly and model configuration |
| Drive & thermal system | Motor, heater and total connected load |
| Controls | PLC/control architecture and safety components |
| Site scope | Freight, installation, commissioning and civil/electrical exclusions |
| Support | Warranty, response process and AMC availability |
1. Is the quoted capacity the actual machine model? Compare the model name, connected load and dimensions — not only the Kg/day headline.
2. What exactly touches the waste? Ask for the waste-contact material and thickness in writing.
3. What does the site need before delivery? Check power, access, ventilation, platform, drainage and curing-space requirements.
4. Who supports the machine after commissioning? Keep warranty, service contact and AMC scope clear before purchase.

Questions buyers actually ask
COMPOSTO prices start at ₹75,000 for the COMPOSTO VEER (10–15 Kg/day). The COMPOSTO 2.0 at 25 Kg/day starts at ₹95,000, and the 500 Kg/day industrial model at ₹9,50,000. All prices exclude GST and are supplied factory-direct. The 50, 100 and 200 Kg models are quoted on request, and the 1000 Kg unit is handled as a project quotation.
The 50, 100 and 200 Kg models are built to order, with variations in vessel thickness, automation level and installation requirements that materially change the cost. Publishing one number for these would be misleading, so we quote them against your actual site conditions — usually the same day you ask.
Start with the actual weight of source-segregated wet waste generated on representative operating days. Compare normal and peak-day loads with the published capacities, then confirm electrical supply, access, operating space and curing space before finalizing the model.
The 25 Kg model measures 1200 × 850 × 1250 mm and draws 3.5 kW; the 50 Kg needs 1500 × 1050 × 1400 mm at 4.5 kW; the 100 Kg needs 1830 × 1240 × 1625 mm at 6.0 kW; the 200 Kg needs 2200 × 1450 × 1750 mm at 8.5 kW; the 500 Kg needs 3200 × 1900 × 2100 mm at 15.5 kW. Allow about 3 ft of clearance on the service side, plus separate space for curing bins where the output matures.
Compare waste-contact material and thickness, shredding and drive configuration, connected load, control architecture, installation scope, freight, warranty and after-sales support. Capacity alone does not describe the complete machine or project scope.
Published machine prices exclude GST. Freight, site-specific civil or electrical work and installation scope are confirmed in the written quotation for the selected model and destination.
COMPOSTO machines carry a one-year standard warranty, and Annual Maintenance Contract options are available after the warranty period. The exact scope is stated in the quotation and service terms.
Use your own site data: compare the machine investment and operating cost with current waste lifting, transport, manpower, compliance and disposal costs. Payback varies materially by site, capacity and operating pattern, so a universal month-based ROI figure would be misleading.
